Last updated: 2026-06-16. This notice explains how we process the personal data we collect through the waitlist and the order flow that will open later. Once the company is formally established, the data controller details will be updated.
1. Data Controller
Berkay Ateş ("BEYAZMORPHEUS") — a founder developing and planning to sell physical sports equipment — is the data controller. Contact: beyazmorpheus@gmail.com and the WhatsApp channel on the site.
2. Data We Collect
- First name, last name
- Email, phone (WhatsApp) — if you provide it
- Your product or set of interest and optional waitlist details (wall type, mounting support, notes)
- When ordering opens: delivery and billing details
- The transaction status returned by the payment provider (card details are not stored on our servers)
- For the Morpheus Coach posture-awareness analysis, only the photo you upload with your explicit consent — processed momentarily for that analysis only, not stored
We do not aim to collect health data. The waitlist form does not ask for health status, diagnosis or medical information. The Morpheus Coach posture-awareness analysis is not a medical diagnosis, treatment or health advice; an uploaded photo is processed momentarily, only with your explicit consent, and is not stored. Consult a professional before use if you have any health conditions.
3. Purpose of Processing
Your information is processed only to run the waitlist; to inform you about the first drop, pricing and production; and, once ordering opens, to complete delivery, invoicing, payment and shipping. It is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
4. Retention and Security
Form submissions are delivered by email and retained in line with applicable law. Waitlist records not under active follow-up are deleted after a reasonable period (at most 24 months). Data is protected against unauthorized access with reasonable technical and organizational measures.
5. Third Parties
- Web3Forms — form delivery
- Resend — sending notification emails
- Anthropic (Claude) — momentary processing of the image you upload with explicit consent in the Morpheus Coach analysis (image not stored)
- Cloudflare Turnstile — bot/spam protection in the Morpheus Coach analysis
- Vercel — site hosting infrastructure
- Umami — anonymous visitor analytics; no cookies, no personal data
- When ordering opens, payment and shipping providers — for collection and delivery
International transfer: some of the providers above (Anthropic, Vercel, Resend, Cloudflare) host their servers abroad. Where these services are used, the relevant data may be transferred to these providers abroad, only to the extent the service requires. In the Morpheus Coach analysis, an image is transferred to the processor abroad only with your explicit consent, momentarily, and is not stored.
6. Cookies
Beyond essential technical functions, the site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics via Umami run without cookies.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your data. Send requests to the email above; we respond within 30 days at the latest.
