Terms of Sale
Last updated: 2026-06-16. These terms form the agreement between you and the seller when you buy a BEYAZMORPHEUS physical product. While sales are not yet open, this text is informational; it will be updated with the formal company details once established. International availability will be announced later.
1. Parties
Seller
Berkay Ateş ("BEYAZMORPHEUS") — seller of physical sports equipment. Contact: beyazmorpheus@gmail.com.
Buyer
The person who shares their details on the order form and completes payment.
2. Subject
The Buyer's purchase, for a single payment, of BEYAZMORPHEUS physical products — Morpheus Bar, Morpheus Inversion Boots, Morpheus Neck Support and their sets.
3. Products and Price
When sales open, all prices are inclusive of applicable tax and are single-payment. There is no automatic recurring charge (no subscription). First drop pricing will be announced later and published on the product pages at drop time.
- Morpheus Bar — the wall-mounted main platform.
- Morpheus Inversion Boots — a controlled inversion module that hooks to the Morpheus Bar connection point.
- Morpheus Neck Support — a feet-on-ground, supported-use module that connects to the Morpheus Bar.
- Sets — Starter Set, Red Pill Set and Full System.
4. Payment
When sales open, payment is taken once via the integrated payment provider. Your card details are not stored on BEYAZMORPHEUS servers; they are processed directly by the payment provider on PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure.
5. Delivery
After payment is approved, products are delivered at drop time. Preparation and shipping times are stated on the order page. International availability will be announced later.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. See the Returns & Cancellation Policy for details.
7. Returns
For return rules, see the Returns & Cancellation Policy. In short: withdrawal within 14 days for unused products; return or exchange for defective or damaged deliveries.
8. Disclaimer
BEYAZMORPHEUS products are physical exercise products designed for controlled home use. They are not medical devices and make no claim to treat any condition or relieve pain. It is the Buyer's responsibility to obtain professional approval if they have a known health condition.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, where the seller is based. The applicable governing law and competent courts for cross-border orders will be specified when international sales open.
